I guess I should introduce myself. I have been in the IT industry since 1998. In that time I have been desktop support technician for several companies around Wichita, KS. In that time I have came across several tools and figured out a lot of tricks to make my day to day job more efficient and easy to do. A majority of the tools that I use are open source or freeware. I am starting this website in the hope to help others with problems or even help them/you find tools out there to do there/your job better and faster.
